Non-Fitting Products
Ensuring your PACK Rack fits your needs is essential. If you find that your rack does not fit your vehicle as expected, please let us know within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to see if there is another size that will fit your vehicle better.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Products showing signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused by improper handling will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping costs for returns due to non-fitting products are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: If approved, refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Exchanges: Exchanges for another size or product are not subject to the restocking fee.
